CAL'S FARMS, LLC

I have been involved with horses most of my adult life, both as an owner and an amateur trainer.  We obtained the acreage for CAL'S FARMS just prior to Katrina (obviously timing has not been our strong suit); however, the purchase allowed me to fulfill a long time dream.  My wife, Lisa, and I were able to build a wonderful horse facility, with a lot of assistance from my son, Daryl, and his wife, April.  Lisa and I recently completed and moved into the main residence on the property and are spending most of the year enjoying our new home.  The picture of the two young riders on the home page of this website are (from left to right) my granddaughter, Jules, riding her horse, Junior, and her friend, Mary, on Montana.

No!  This is not a picture of me riding at CAL'S FARMS!  This is a picture of Hank, my Tennessee Walking Horse, and me riding on a great beach (ask for more details and I will be happy to share the story with you.)  However, I hope that showing you this picture will let you know that although our facility is geared to the hunter/jumper, there is room for all disciplines and breeds of horses.  Hank and his pasture mate, Jezibel, have indicated that they have been very happy at CAL'S FARMS and don't feel that the jumpers have anything on them.

Jezibel
